Trading Signals for September 18th,2015

Federal Reserve finally didn’t miss expectation and kept its current interest rate. Meanwhile, the US index drift down as the announce came out. The market trend should last for a period as we mentioned yesterday. Indicators show that Federal Reserve may increase interest rate before the end of the year. Therefore, the influence of the Federal’s decision on the market is slightly lower.

EUR/USD
As the EUR/USD pair continues to bounce up with strong bullish sentiment, we are buyers of call options. But seen from the 1-hour chart, it is requested for a pullback correction in the morning session.

Resistance:1.1476/1.1520/1.1571

GBP/USD
The GBP/USD pair still exist considerable bullish momentum, but it requires a drop back correction that is reflected from the 4-hour chart. Since there will be a lot of volatility, we may choose to buy put option or just stay and see. Put option should be ended at 1.5500.
Support:1.5500/1.5465/1.5357
Resistance:1.5664/1.5716/1.5750

USD/JPY
Reflected from the 1-hour, 4-hour and 1-day chart, the USD/JPY pair is still in the bearish trend, so we are mainly buyers of put options. Put options should be ended at 119.00, and we need to observe whether the bullish momentum is strong enough to continue to buy put options.
