Technical Analysis on EUR/USD,GBP/USD,USD/JPY,November 19th,2015

The Fed released its minutes saying that an interest rate hike depended on economy data. The data in the past two months is obviously positive enough to convince investors of the fact that interest rate hike will take place in December.Even though the minutes did not convey any accurate denotation, we still believe it’s ripe for an interest rate in December. The US Dollar index didn’t keep the surge but fell down after the minutes was released. That should be perceived as a technical correction.

EUR/USD
Seen from the 1-hour chart, the EUR/USD is confronting fairly strong rebound with its MACD bouncing up the 0 axis. Call options can be purchased as the pullback may go further.
Support:1.0623/1.0534
Resistance:1.0709/1.0751

GBP/USD
As the bullish position has taken down the main trend in GBP/USD, we are buyers of call options during the session today. Call options should be suspended at 1.5280 while call options can be purchased again at a break of it.
Support:1.5220/1.5179
Resistance:1.5280/1.5300

USD/JPY
The USD/JPY was traded at sideways while fell down with resistance. But with considerable bullish  sentiment, it is likely to bounce around during the session today. We are cautious of buying put options during the morning session. Call options can be purchased at the break of 123.60.
Support:123.21/123.03
Resistance:123.60/125.00

Technical Analysis on EUR/USD,GBP/USD,USD/JPY,November 18th,2015

Seen from American CPI data released yesterday, it is general good for American economy and confirm the interest rate hike in December. Meanwhile, the USD index goes up steadily, approaching the position at 100 with a previous high hit at 100.4020. Some investors believe that the surge of USD index considerably reflects the influence of interest rate hike to come. We cannot deny the idea that the moment of declaring interest rate hike is the time to end the bullish trend. However, we are firmly with the idea that the USD index will not stop at 100.4010 and interest rate hike is not only for once.

EUR/USD
The EUR/USD is in a bearish trend with price approaching the previous low area between 1.0520 and 1.0460. Meanwhile, a bottom deviation pattern has been shown at the 1-hour and 4-hour chart. With that being the case, put options should be gradually suspended in the following two days as a pullback may occur at any time. We are still mainly buyers of put options.
Support:1.0520/1.0461
Resistance:1.0661/1.0682

 GBP/USD
Seen from the MACD, the price movement is not decided yet, in other words, it will still fluctuate around the range bound. Therefore, put options can be purchased during the morning session and should be suspended at 1.5221 for call options.
Support:1.5190/1.5172
Resistance:1.5221/1.5242

USD/JPY
The USD/JPY is approaching the previous high reading at 123.60, making it difficult to determine its direction. It is supposed to bounce down from technical analysis, but with strong bullish sentiment, investors can buy put options at 133.60.
Support:123.19/123.14
Resistance:123.60/124.00

Technical Analysis on EUR/USD,GBP/USD,USD/JPY, October 14th, 2015

China’s export continues to fall for the tenth consecutive month, increasing the concern that China’s slowdown economy will strike global economy growth. Gertjan Vlieghe from Bank of England(MPC) suggested on October 13rd that there was a greater chance for a lower-than-target British inflation. Meanwhile, he believes that the effect of quantitative easing policy is shrinking as time goes by that should have a positive effect on the GBP.

EUR/USD
The EUR/USD pair continues to rise with fair strong bullish sentiment that provides opportunities of buying call options. Based on a steady operation, call options can be confirmed when it breaks though the key position at 1.1400. Notice that when it bounces below 1.1362, there may be a bearish consolidation.
Support:1.1350/1.1311/1.1260
Resistance:1.1474/1.1565/1.1700

GBP/USD
The bullish momentum of the GBPUSD pair still exists while waxing, so we are cautious of buying put options or wait for other trading opportunities. Call options can be purchased with caution when it bounces up 1.5320. However, the bullish momentum of the GBP/USD can be confirmed when it bounces up 1.5410.
Support:1.5223/1.5214/1.5172
Resistance:1.5280/1.5300/1.5326

USD/JPY
As the USD/JPY continues to drop down with bearish sentiment, we are buyers of put options during the session today. Put options should be suspended at 120.10 and convert to call options.
Support:119.00/118.66/11830
Resistance:120.00/120.40/120.60

Technical Analysis on EUR/USD,GBP/USD,USD/JPY, October 12nd,2015

Analysts predict that Fed may postpone its interest rate hike until next year in March. Macro economy investigator Ma Yao from CI Consulting suggested that the world is experiencing an economy downturn. As a result, many countries are depreciating their currencies. Under this condition, the US dollar has already depreciated. If they do hike the interest rate, it may strand its export as well as the real economy. However, the US is now in a barely low inflation rate with steady price. With that being the case, it’s not that urgent for the US to hike its interest rate.

EUR/USD
As the EUR/USD has been trading in a pretty good bullish momentum, we are generally buyers of call options. Key pressure level 1.1376 can be the key position to judge the direction, if broken through for twice, call options can be purchased. Otherwise we prefer buying put options.
Support:1.1339/1.1307/1.1256
Resistance:1.1376/1.1396/1.1458
GBP/USD
Since the GBP/USD has shown a slight bullish sentiment in the 1-hour chart, we are cautious of buying put options from morning to afternoon session. We have no interest buying call options until it breaks through 1.5340.
Support:1.5304/1.5276/1.5254
Resistance:1.5332/1.5371/1.5422

USD/JPY
The price movement of the USD/JPY is quite abnormal as it has been in the box range for over a month since the previous big slump. We still believe it will continue to fluctuate during the session today. Put options can be purchased during the morning session. While we have to wait and see whether to buy call or put from afternoon session to evening session.
Support:119.80/119.73/119.40
Resistance:120.32/120.45/120.81

Technical Analysis on EUR/USD, GBP/USD, JPY/USD, October 8th,2015

During the session today, there are three main announcements coming out of the market. Benchmark interest rate will come out of Bank of England at 11:00(GMT), AND European Central Bank Minutes will see light at 11:30(GMT). At 18:00(GMT), the federal reserve will also release its meeting minutes. With that being in the case, we are expecting more volatility in the market that provides opportunity to trade.

EUR/USD
Seen from the 1-hour chart, the MACD of the EUR/USD pair is approaching the 0 axis. Meanwhile, combing the 4-hour chart and 1-day chart, it has clearly shows a bullish trend. Therefore, we are mainly buyers of call options during the session today.
Support:1.1210/.1183/1.1140
Resistance:1.1257/1.1322/1.1345

GBP/USD
The GBP/USD pair yesterday surged to the pressure level 1.5331 in the 1-hour chart. Meanwhile, because of there is no obvious correction pattern, it requires a correction to pullback. Therefore, we are cautious of buying put options. But we should be alert that if pressure level 1.5319 is broken, we have to wait for another pressure level to enter the position for buying put options.
Support:1.5250/1.5191/1.5110
Resistance:1.5318/1.5331/1.5400

USD/JPY
The USD/JPY pair has been in the box range for a long time, while it’s technically supposed to fall contentiously. After experiencing the horizontal consolidation for such a long time, the day line shows that the bearish sentiment is waxing while the bullish momentum is increasing. Since the price movement is quite subtle, we would trade it with a thought of sideways. With that being in the case, we are cautious of buying put options during the morning session, while we have to adapt our strategies based on the big board to operate trading the afternoon and evening. Put options should be suspended above 120.20
Support:119.50/119.41/119.15
Resistance:120.28/120.54/120.89
