During the session today, the ADP data coming out of the US at 12:15(GMT) is the only announcement worth paying attention to, which could possibly move the stock market, but beyond that we don’t expect much in the way of a reaction unless it’s of course absolutely horrific.

This week’s focus falls on the US Non-Farm data released on Friday. Federal Reserve Chairman Janet Yellen’s previous remarks has fueled the interest rate hike. Analysts believe that there will be two opportunities for interest right hike with one in October and other in December. Interest rate hike in December is much more likely to happen. The Fed will increase interest rate only when this week’s Non-Farm data as well as next month’s data are good enough to support it.

Reflected from the continuous slip of the USD in the past few days, the market did not show great expectation for Fed’s interest rate hike. Seen from the day line of the USD index, it may appear a top pattern. In that case, it will be sure that the interest rate hike won’t happen within this year.

Technical Analysis on EUR/USD,GBP/USD,USD/JPY,September 11th,2015
Yesterday, the CNH to USD exchange rate dramatically increased 1.15% yesterday, hitting a 5-year high since 2010. Meanwhile, Britain still remains its interest rate and quantitative easing policy unchanged. With those being in the case, it has become more intricate for Fed’s interest rate decision. Our senior Analyst Eric believes that the interest rate hike decision within this year is very unlikely unless there is positive Non-Farm data during the following months.
EUR/USD
The bullish momentum of the EUR/USD pair is in a perfect pattern that should continue for a period. Meanwhile, we find that there is still certain distance between the price movement and the average line which is shown on the 4-hour chart. It requests a correction within 4 hours so that we may buy put option in the morning session. Call options should be stopped at 1.1370 and put options can be purchased from this position.
Support:1.1220/1.1180
Resistance:1.1328/1.1370
GBP/USD
The GBP/USD pair continues to show strong bullish sentiment that provides more buying opportunities in the morning session. Support:1.5386/1.5339
Resistance:1.5470/1.5500

During the session today, the pivotal event should be MPC Meeting Minutes and Interest Rate Decision of Bank of England that would move the GBP/USD pair around. Most analysts expect that the interest rate won’t change but there should be a big fluctuation since the market experienced a big fluctuation even Canadian’s interest rate didn’t changed yesterday. New Zealand cut its interest rate by 0.25 that causes a big slump on NZD/USD pair.

GBP/USD
Seen from the 1-hour chart of the GBP/USD pair, it continues to bounce down without sufficient bullish sentiment, so we favor of buying put options. The Non-Farm Payroll data released on Friday is much weaker than expected with a 170,000 employment number and a 5.1% unemployment rate, which did not have great impact on the market.
